
How to Scope Structural Renovation Work Right
A wall that looks ordinary may be carrying roof loads, supporting an upper floor, concealing wiring, or tying into an older addition. The right scope identifies what the building needs, what the finished space must do, and what work has to happen behind the walls to get there safely.

Start With the Building, Not the Wish List
